Welcome to this unique resource, designed for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) and their Partners to support the implementation of ‘Connecting People, Connecting Support’. This resource has been made possible through the generous funding of an Elizabeth Casson Leadership Grant and the support of Alzheimer Scotland.
Implementation of Connecting People, Connecting Support is underpinned by integrating an improvement approach to fully realise the impact of the ambitions across health, social care and partner organisations.
Therefore, in this learning space we combine relational approaches focusing on how we engage with people in the change process and technical approaches, focusing on designing effective systems and process.
All of this is built on the founding principles of Appreciative Inquiry, Co-Production and shared ownership.
This learning space provides access to high quality resources and experience, as well as being a place where AHPs and their Partners can lodge stories and examples of best practice.
The learning resources are in 4 different sections:
- The Blue Box – a virtual toolbox of thinking and practical tools
- Appreciative Inquiry and Design Thinking – tools for engaging others
- Video Blogs – Fiona MacNeill taking about concepts and applications and also video of other who have used the resources
- Stories – a place for the users and their partners to post stories
Fiona MacNeill is also on hand to support with specific questions, challenges and opportunities.
